She admitted she no longer wants to be the face of restrictive wellness. The woman who once defined the clean-eating, detox-dripping, jade egg era of health is… softening.

And honestly? I’m glad she said it.

Because behind the aesthetics of wellness — the matcha, the meal plans, the carefully controlled bodies — there’s something many people don’t talk about:
