For 2025, I've chosen the word "feel" as my anchor. It's not just a word - it's my compass for the year ahead, guiding me to truly listen to what my body is trying to tell me.
I invite you to pause for a moment and consider: what word resonates with your health journey for 2025? Maybe it's "strength," "balance," "nourish," or something entirely different.
As Dalama wisely notes: "How can you use mindfulness to bring you to intention, if you have no idea what your intention is?"
This hits home because what fascinates me, particularly from my neuroscience research, is how setting intentions actually modulates our prefrontal cortex activity - our brain's CEO.
